We need your help! Lionfest 2010 is coming up! The event is organized by Simon, and we need some reliable helping hands to make the event run as smooth as possible.
Details are as follows...

Date: Saturday 12 June 2010

Venue: Market City
The areas that we will need your helping hands in:-
  • Photo booth
    • Photographer
    • Dress like a lion (Northern / Southern lion)
    • Minder
  • Face Painter
  • Merchandise
  • Logistics: Security & Runner
We will need helpers all day, we have divided 2 shifts: AM (08:30 - 13:00), PM (12:30 - 17:00). Or if you can help out for the whole day, that would be awesome as well. If you can't help for the entire shift, please specify a time that you can help out.

 

Please fill out the survey for your availability and your preference on the area that you would like to help in. We will try to fulfill everyone's preference as much as possible.

 

 

Please fill in the survey by Sunday 23 May 2010, so that we can have organize the helpers for the day.

 

So, let's not wait any longer, fill in the survey if you would like to help out!

 

If you are busy that day, and still would like to help out, make sure you help selling the raffle tickets. You can get some tickets from Tan or Simon!
