DescriptionLand training is on - core training for both opens and womens crew. What is there to do at land training you ask?
Opens: Core training, including boxing, circuit training, weights (dumbell, barbell, kettle bells, chinups) and a Dragon Boat Paddling ERG Machine. Stretches back at the club house afterwards Womens: Core training, including boxing / circuit training with Thanh at Tumbalong Park (meet at clubhouse first), with stretches back at the club house afterwards
The club also has a group dinner afterwards for anyone willing to stick around after 9ish.
