by midday each Friday if you'd like to come, and we'll make a decision if we have enough people to paddle. The more the merrier!
The sessions are to ease us back into paddling, and also some technique work. We'd like to get out technique right as early on as possible! Looking forward to lots of replies!
Land Training
We also have land training on Mondays from 6pm.
It is held at the Club House (10 Dixon St, Haymarket) which is a combination of cardio / warmup, technique training sessions on the ERG rowing machine (assisted by Churn), as well as boxing sessions (lead by Johnny).
